
That's My Bae 2015 grand winner Kenneth Earl Medrano has a new look as he faces a difficult chapter in his life.
On TikTok, the former actor shared a nearly seven-minute vlog of himself shaving his head as he continues his battle with testicular cancer.
"Day 2 of my first BEP cycle," he wrote.
Despite his ongoing battle, he said he is "still smiling, still fighting, and still trusting God."
"Hindi man madali ang journey na 'to, I choose to stay positive and take it one day at a time," he expressed.
He also encouraged those going through the same battle to "keep going."
"Hindi tayo nag-iisa," he added.
"Still fighting. Still hopeful. God is with us."

In July, Kenneth announced his testicular cancer diagnosis, which he said he discovered in February. He also underwent surgery that month to have his right testicle removed.
He also appeared on Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho to share his story, revealing that he had noticed a lump in his testicle in December 2025.
