
Actress Kris Bernal is not making her birthday an excuse to skip her workout routine, on Monday, May 17.
In fact, she even made a special set of exercises to commemorate her 31st birthday.
In her Instagram post, Kris shared a series of photos taken from her usual workout spot at home while holding a bouquet of flowers. She was also surrounded by gifts and of course, her best buddies these days, her gym equipment.
“Quarantine birthday mood! My heart (and belly) were so full!
“This pandemic has caused a lot of uncertainty and stress - but as I read through the well wishes sent my way, I realized it's times like these that help me remember what really matters in life - my friend and fans, family and loved ones, health and faith in the Lord.
“With a great amount of gratitude, thank you so much for all your birthday greetings and gifts! I felt loved and appreciated!” she wrote.
Seen also in the background is a board where a number of exercises are listed titled as “The Happy Birth.”
Some of the exercises in the list are Jump Squats, Single Leg Lunge, Plank Jacks, Hip Dips, Squat Reach, and Plank with Shoulder Taps, among others.
Her fans and followers also sent their greeting and well-wishes.

Kris has been an advocate of fitness as she has already uploaded a number of tutorials and workout videos for netizens to follow.

She also conducted a Zoom webinar together with other empowered women where they talked about beauty, entrepreneurship, and fitness.
Meanwhile in January, Kris revealed that her fitness goals this 2020 is to have stronger and bigger legs, plus a bigger behind.
