According to 'Bolera' actress Kylie Padilla, she got her 'dalaga' glow back when she started taking care of herself again.

Kylie Padilla admitted her second pregnancy wasn't an easy one as she noticed the drastic changes in her body.

According to the Kapuso actress, getting her "dalaga" glow back didn't happen in an instant. In fact, she struggled with hair loss and dry skin. It was around this time Kylie decided to take supplements like collagen.

"You really have to take care of yourself like self-care, self-love, all of that. Ano e, you have to get a lot of sleep, 'di ba, hydrate, also water, healthy food, exercise pero siyempre eto na nga non'g nagtarabaho na ko, nanay ako, I have two kids so nagkukulang tayo minsan sa mga sinabi ko lalo na do'n sa tulog so I need help from supplements.

"'Yung sa second ko, I noticed na nag-dry 'yung skin ko and my hair was falling out so meron talaga siyang effect so that's when the collagen helped me. It helped me get my glow back tapos it made me feel energetic and healthy siyempre," Kylie shared during the product launch of collagen brand Cheonsa last Wednesday, May 18, at Clark Marriott Hotel in Pampanga.

For Kylie, self-care is important so that she can be in her best version especially when she attends to her two children, Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo.

"Dahil sa may mga anak na 'ko, I really want to take care of myself more, prinioritize ko talaga 'yung health ko... para energized ako araw-araw."

Asked about the status of her heart after her split from her husband and father of her kids Aljur Abrenica, Kylie showed no signs of heartache as gratitude empowers her.

"I'm really good, my heart is full. My is full of gratitude siyempre kasama ko 'yung mga anak ko
and I'm happy and I have everything I've ever wanted.

"I'm working again, 'di ba. Actually, wala lang lahat 'yun, I just really want to be healthy so I can do everything I want to do and health starts with what you put in your body kasi 'yun naman ang makikita n'yong lalabas."

Kylie is set to appear on the small screen via GMA Telebabad series Bolera for the first time in three years.

This is her first TV project after giving birth to her second born, Axl Romeo, in December 2019.

In Bolera, Kylie plays a billiards champ. She was trained by billiards legends Efren Reyes, Francisco Bustamante, Rubilen Amit, and Johann Chua for her role in the primetime series.
