Kylie Padilla with Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo

Kylie Padilla to her kids: 'Life came alive when I became your mother.'

Kapuso star Kylie Padilla didn't miss the chance to express her love and gratitude this Mother's Day.

The Encantadia actress recently took to Instagram to pen a heartfelt message, reflecting on her personal journey as a mom to her two sons, Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo.

"So many people tell me, God gave you your children for a reason. He gave you your purpose in their precious souls. And If they are the answer to the question of my existence, I am grateful for all it took to get here," Kylie wrote.

She shared how motherhood has deeply transformed her life, " Waking, sleeping, eating, living our little life in our little world has been the essence of my life. Life came alive when I became your mother. So thank you, for showing me a kind of strength I never knew I had. The strength to overcome, to heal, to become a better human being. I hope I live up to my promise. I love you both."

Kylie also extended her message to fellow mothers," Thank you for your endless sacrifice. Thank you for your devotion and your selflessness. You are loved. Happy mother's day."

Followers quickly filled the comments with warm greetings and messages of support. Celebrities like Rita Daniela and Kazel Kinouchi also sent love to Kylie in response to her touching post.

Kylie Padilla has her sons, Alas and Axl, with her ex-husband Aljur Abrenica.

Although they have gone their separate ways, the two remain in contact as co-parents to raise their children together.

In a past interview, Kylie described her children as her biggest motivation to stay healthy.

"I wanna be healthier and stronger for the kids kasi siyempre, ang haba pa ng buhay nila, kailangan ako din, 'di ba?" she said. "Tsaka ini-imagine ko pa 'pag nagkaanak na sila, siyempre, kailangan malakas pa rin ako bilang lola."
