Step up the original Filipino dessert by creating Idol sa Kusina's innovative dish. 


Procedure:

1. To assemble the halo-halo lumpia: On a lumpia wrapper, put 1 tbsp ube jam, 1 tsp macapuno, 1 tsp red beans, 3 slices langka.
2. Lay one piece saba in the middle of the wrapper.
3. Wrap lumpia, fold both sides to seal.

 
4. Heat oil or deep-frying. Add lumpia in batches and add brown sugar on top, fry until golden brown. Drain.


5. Place in a serving plate, cut into half diagonally. Put one scoop of ube ice cream on top of each halo-halo lumpia.
