Will we be seeing more of Lee Seung-gi in the Philippines?
Lee Seung-gi just wrapped up his "The Dreamer's Dream - Chapter 2" concert last May 27 at the New Frontier Theater. He really enjoyed it and if there's a season two, the Philippines and Vigan City will be a good place to shoot.
During a press conference, Lee's interpreter said, "He was here to travel last April and he really liked it. He was really surprised that a lot of people recognized him so he was really enjoying that moment."
Lee Seung-gi also spoke of his fondness for Vigan City. "He also visited Vigan and he thought it was a really beautiful city and he thought one day, he could do a Korean variety show in Vigan. He really loved the local food in the Philippines. If there's a chance, maybe he can sing a song in Filipino."
The interpreter added, "He enjoyed shooting Bro Marble and if there's S2 the Philippines and Vigan City will be a good place to shoot."
Former Governor of Ilocos Sur Luis "Chavit" Singson and son Luis Christian Singson were also present during the press con.
Lee was in Vigan City back in March 2023 to check Chavit's LCS Group of Companies. It was during this time that Lee and Chavit planned their potential business ventures.
"Pabalik-balik na siya dito. Siya ang kasama natin sa entertainment company ng LCS Group dahil magde-develop kami ng Little Seoul at magtatayo rin ng golf course sa Vigan," Chavit explained, referring to Lee.
