Liam Payne just had a memorable moment at the 2025 Brit Awards.

On a night filled with music and memories, the late One Direction member Liam Payne was honored with a heartfelt tribute, with fans feeling all the emotions.

During the 2025 Brit Awards on Saturday, March 1, comedian Jack Whitehall celebrated Liam's legacy with a special video tribute.

In the comedian's introduction, he described Liam as “an incredibly kind soul."

“It is now time to take a moment to remember a very special person who meant so much to so many of the people in this room and to millions of you around the world,” Jack began.

"Last October, we woke to the devastating news that Liam Payne had tragically passed away. He achieved so much in the short time that he was on this earth and was not only a supremely gifted musician but an incredibly kind soul who touched the lives of everyone he came into contact with,” he continued.

“We have so many amazing memories of Liam here at the BRITs, so tonight, we celebrate his legacy and look back and remember the remarkable Liam Payne."

In the video, Liam was seen singing One Direction's "Little Things," accompanied by a montage of photos and videos from his childhood to his journey as a musician.

After the heartfelt tribute, Liam Payne's former bandmate, Louis Tomlinson, expressed his gratitude to the BRIT Awards for honoring Liam with such a special moment.

On X, the singer wrote, "Thank you @BRITs. Beautiful tribute. Miss you always, brother x."

Liam died at the age of 31 on October 16, 2024, after falling from the third-floor balcony of his hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
