It's a double celebration for the Cabahug family! Former EB Babes member Lian Paz and her husband, John Cabahug, have officially earned their college degrees.
Former EB Babes member Lian Paz and her husband, John Cabahug, achieved a major personal milestone this month after completing their college education.
On Instagram, Lian proudly announced that she and John graduated from Cebu Institute of Technology-University. Lian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree, while John completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Operations Management.
Reflecting on the achievement, Lian became emotional as she thanked God for His faithfulness throughout her journey.
"I cannot even begin with the right words to say how I can thank Jesus for His faithfulness in my life. Grabe ka, Lord. Lahat ng sinira ko, ginulo ko, inayos Mo," she wrote.
She went on to share how her faith helped her overcome challenges and gave her a renewed sense of purpose.
Lian also dedicated her diploma to her parents, including her late father and grandmother.
"This diploma, I dedicate to honor my parents. Sorry, Dad, nalate po. I know you see it from up there," she wrote.
According to Lian, the milestone became even more meaningful because her children were able to witness it. She shares daughters Xonia and Xalene with actor Paolo Contis.
"To my kids, Xonia, Xalene, and Niña, kayo ang best part of this graduation. Who would have thought that you would be able to witness this milestone?" she said.
Meanwhile, Lian also paid tribute to John and celebrated his achievement in a heartfelt Instagram post.
"Today is more than a graduation. It is the glory of God revealed in your new life. A reminder that He sees every hidden desire in our hearts, every silent prayer, every impossible longing, and in His perfect time, He answers," she wrote.
Lian added that John's diploma represents not only academic success but also his growth as a man of faith.
"I am so proud of the man you are becoming, my love," she said.

Lian and John tied the knot in a civil wedding ceremony in Mandaue City, Cebu, in September 2025.
