Pop icon Britney Spears recently posted a rare photo with his now grown-up sons Sean Preston and Jayden on Instagram.

It's been a while since fans of the "Oops I Did It Again" singer have seen her children on her Instagram page.

Mostly, Britney would post workout and dancing videos, or vacation photos with her beau Sam Asghari.

But Britney recently broke her usual “Instagram page aesthetic” to share an adorable photo of herself with sons Sean Preston and Jayden enjoying the outdoors.

Britney said in the beginning of her caption: "It's so crazy how time flies...My boys are so big now! I know … I know … it's very hard for any mama especially a mama with boys seeing them grow up so fast! Talk about enough to make you go to your knees ... GEEZ!”

She then went on to appreciate the good traits of his sons, who are now young men.

“I 'm extremely lucky because my two babies are such gentleman and so kind that I must have done something right!”

The celebrity mom also explained why her sons have been M.I.A. on her social media posts.

“I haven't posted pictures of them for some time cause they're at the age where they want to express their own identities and I totally get it.

“But I went out of my way to make this cool edit and guess what ...They're finally letting me post it! Now I don't feel left out anymore ”

Britney's boyfriend, Sam Asghari, commented on the lovely photo. He said, “Lioness with her Cubs ”

Sean Preston and Jayden are now aged 15 and 14 respectively. Both of them are Britney's sons from former husband Kevin Federline.

Kevin was a backup dancer for Britney before they got married in 2004. The couple dated for three months before getting engaged. However, their marriage lasted for only two years.

After their divorce, Britney and Kevin had a controversial legal custody battle.

Eventually, Kevin was granted sole custody of their children while Britney was given visitation rights that would increase over time.

At present, the pop star is in a nasty court battle with her father Jamie Spears over her conservatorship.

This has even prompted fans to create the Free Britney movement to show their support for the "Lucky" singer.

Plus, they also made the hashtag #WeAreSorryBritney trend to force people who previously mistreated the music icon to apologize publicly.
