The Philippine adaptation of the Korean series made its Netflix Philippines debut last November 13.
The Philippine adaptation of the South Korean drama Descendants of the Sun maintains its strong showing on Netflix Philippines.

Yesterday, November 16, saw the series land on the 8th spot before quickly ascending to 5th place by evening on the Top 10 TV shows list on the popular streaming service.
It remains on the 5th spot as of today, November 17.
The drama-action series starring Jennylyn Mercado and Dingdong Dantes currently airs on GMA-7, making its debut on February 10 this year.
It was announced in October that the series will also be shown on Netflix Philippines.
Dingdong excitedly shared the good news on Instagram, writing, “The 65-episode series will be streamed on eight consecutive Fridays, and I cannot wait to see our work on the menu of this popular service.”
Descendants of the Sun Philippines officially premiered on Netflix Philippines on November 13.
