Descendants of the Sun - The Philippine Adaptation lead stars Dingdong Dantes and Jennylyn Mercado teased the public, posting behind-the-scenes pictures of their shoot.
Dingdong shared a photo of him and Jennylyn in a hospital.
"Doctor's in; cellphone's out. Remember this scene?" he wrote in the caption.
On Jennylyn's part, she shared a BTS picture of the famous water interruption scene.
