According to her post, she was at 159 lbs. with 34% body fat on January 2019. By April, she only weighed 143 lbs, and her body fat percentage was down to 27%.

"People used to call me by many names “anchor butter” “ms.fluffy” “salbabida." My usual excuse for not working out, I was either too busy with work, or I'd rather spend more time playing with Conner than exercising," she wrote.

So Wyn was sharing her home workout when Coach Dan started asking me...what happened to you, you seem bloated, you should start exercising, anu credibility mo gumawa ng report kung di ka naman mageexercise” not entirely harsh (well kinda harsh ouch) but his statements were and always truthful! so i challenged myself, thought of different ways to motivate me, including buying myself a new car, going to maldives, baby number 2 and so whatever.. but you know the only motivation that got me going to jumpstart this fitness journey, is I wanna be strong for Conner, I want to live longer for the ones I love” So waking up at 530 in the morning was never easy to get to BF for the 7am class. The Wod or “workout of the day” was usually tiring challenging and yet fulfilling. Anyone can easily walk away and give up but yet HMD community is ever supportive, I actually fell in love with the community (moms with same vision, driven by the same purpose, people who just want to be fit and healthy) So days and weeks came by, month after month I felt lighter yet stronger. I now have a different disposition with work and life balance. Im definitely happier -- from almost 160 pounds, now Im down to 143 pounds.
