As a doll, Heart is wearing the black Mark Bumgarner dress she wore a few weeks ago at her sister Camille Ongpauco's wedding.

The doll maker who recreated the look is Alvin Ocampo and he had made other dolls as well such as the Encantadia Sang'gres and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.
