I think it's easy to follow because you can still eat what you want. However, I notice that I have to consciously remind myself to eat or else kulang yung papasok na calories sakin. 3. Downside for me is that I don’t feel as strong getting into my workouts. Light workouts work better with IF (for me!) So, on that note, will try to keep at it but I don’t think it will be a lifelong thing for me."
