Winwyn Marquez on her new physique: “I don't do this just so I can attract men.”
Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 Winwyn Marquez is all about body positivity and making lifestyle changes in order to improve herself for the better.
In fact, she regularly goes to the gym to do crossfit with her brother Yeoj at their local gym in Parañaque.
So it's no wonder that Winwyn is adding some major “gains” in her already amazing physique and she even proudly flaunts it on her social media sites.

But just like anyone in the limelight, Winwyn is also tracking a bit of scrutiny with the way she looks on screen.
On Twitter yesterday evening, a netizen with the username @Jr77Tedser suggested that Winwyn focus on toning her body rather than bulking up.
“Ayos ang katawan ni Wyn pero sana hanggang dyan nalang 'wag ng masyadong magpalaki pa ng katawan 'yung may muscle muscle na ba hindi na maganda tignan sa babae at hindi na attractive sa aming mga lalaki 'pag ganun,” he wrote on Twitter.

This then prompted the Glow Up host to clarify that she's exercising for her own sake and not for attracting the opposite gender.
“I workout & do crossfit for MYSELF. If nagka muscles ako it's my choice… my goal is to be healthier and stronger. That's it.
“I DON'T do this just so I CAN ATTRACT MEN and para maging maganda sa paningin ng lalake… idc if they like my body or not. It's my call. FYI lang,” she said while adding a purple heart and hug emojis.

To clarify his side, @Jr77Tedser said he made those remarks with good intentions in mind.
“Hindi po ako pakialamera. Nag comment ako hindi negative iniisip ko hehe kung sa tingin nyo wala me magagawa.”
Winwyn then waved the white flag for both parties and even defended the netizen from further negativity from fans.
“It's okay guys! No nega needed here! Apir nalang tayo @Jr77Tedser at least you know my side. :)” she concluded.
