Kapuso actress Lovi Poe tried out an interesting and healthy new recipe this quarantine.
She got busy in her kitchen and tried making zucchini fritti as a snack.
The dish is a common Italian antipasto or appetizer and is made by slicing zucchini into thin strips, dipping them in batter and frying them.
Lovi took the healthy route and baked them instead of frying them.
She shared a picture of herself in the kitchen cooking the snack on her Instagram account.
"Busy bee in the kitchen and it's my first time to make no-fry baked zucchini fritti with sour cream made out of Greek yoghurt as dipping sauce! ♥️ turned out pretty good, yay! It's the healthier option to potato fries too ♥️ #LoviYourBody," she wrote in the caption of her post.
Aside from cooking, she also recently got into flower arranging. She describes the activity as "therapeutic."
"This whole flower arranging thing is becoming my new thing. It's so therapeutic. Should I keep doing it?" Lovi asks her followers.
Lovi recently took a short break from social media to take care of her mental health during the quarantine.
