
Actress Lovi Poe is set to be part of an international indie film called Bad Man.
Deadline reports that the movie is an action-comedy about a drug-addicted state cop who butts heads with a strait-laced local deputy as they work together to solve a murder.
Lovi will be starring in the film alongside Hollywood actor Seann William Scott.
The cast also includes Johnny Simmons (The Perks of Being a Wallflower), Rob Riggle (21 Jump Street), Chance Perdomo (After We Fell), and Andre Hyland (Barry).
Lovi's role in the film has not been disclosed at the moment.
The actress proudly shared the exciting news on her Instagram account along with several photos behind the scenes from the movie's set.
"So happy to finally announce being part of BAD MAN. Can't wait to share more about this amazing film with an even more amazing cast! 🎬
"(Yes, this was the reason why I was in Alabama!)," she wrote in the caption of her post.
Bad Man is independently produced by Warner Davis and Todd Friedman for Hemlock Circle Productions, Brian Levy for Entertainment 360, Lovi's husband Monty Blencowe and Shaun Sanghani for SSS Entertainment.
Lovi has another international film, The Chelsea Cowboy, which is pending release.
