Filipino singer-songwriter Maki furthered the crowd's energy by opening his set with his popular song, “kahel na langit,” followed by “Kailan?” and “habangbuhay pansamantala.”
In between his performance, Maki looked back on how he used to just cover songs of Rex Orange County.
“Totoo pala, 'no? Dreams do come true. Parang dati lang nagcocover ako ng mga Rex Orange [County] songs tapos now I'm sharing the same stage as him,” he mused.
Maki added, “We've come a long way, OPM.”
Maki closed his energetic set with his viral songs, “Dilaw” and “Saan?” and even changed the lyrics of “Saan?” to “sa QC, sa UP, o sa Rex Orange County” from the original “sa QC, sa UP, sa kalsada ng BGC.”
