MISS U: A Journey to the Promise Land

Don't miss the heartwarming documentary today, 'MISS U: A Journey to The Promised Land' at 2:30 p.m., after 'Eat Bulaga.'

Multi-awarded Kapuso actress and host Marian Rivera was visibly emotional during the special screening of the Mother's Day special documentary MISS U: A Journey to the Promise Land.

This special project was directed by her husband Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes, while she hosted the documentary.

In a video captured by 24 Oras during the special screening, Marian became emotional as she talked about her mother, Amalia Rivera.

The Kapuso Primetime Queen shared, “First time ko maging open about kay Mama (her voice turning emotional)."

She also thanked her husband of seven years for this special documentary that will constantly remind her of her love for her mom.

In addition, the Jose and Maria's Bonggang Villa stars are hoping that this heartwarming documentary will serve as an inspiration and source of healing for many of our Kapuso and their family.

Those who attended the MISS U: A Journey to the Promise Land special screening were GMA Network Senior Vice President for Entertainment Lilybeth G. Rasonable, APT Entertainment CEO and President Michael “Mike” Tuviera and their COO and CFO Jojo Oconer.

The family of Dingdong Dantes including his mom Angeline Dantes was also spotted to show their support.
