Award-winning Kapuso actress Marian Rivera tells Lola Iska on Grandparents' Day: “Forever proud to be your apo and proud to be a Caviteña.”
Marian Rivera made sure to express her love and gratitude to her grandmother, Lola Iska, on Grandparents' Day.
As seen in her social media posts, the award-winning actress shared photos of her with her beloved lola, along with a heartfelt message for the woman who raised her.
“Nanay, I'm proud of who I am today because of the love, strength, and values you raised me with. I may have my flaws and weaknesses, but I'll always be grateful for the woman you helped me become.
“Forever proud to be your apo, and proud to be a Caviteña. I love you, Nay,” she wrote.
In March, Marian threw a special celebration for her Lola Iska's 95th birthday, held in Bacoor, Cavite.
“Celebrating 95 beautiful years of Nanay-full of love, faith, and countless blessings,” she wrote.
