Following the recent coronation night, Marina's drag sister, Angel Galang sparked controversy after allegedly posting cryptic remarks that critics perceived as “shading” her performance as a host.

In a now-deleted post, Galang reportedly commented on the pageant's energy, which led to a swift backlash from fans and prompted a public apology from the Drag Race Philippines Season 3 finalist.
