During his interview with Marian Rivera in Yan Ang Morning!, Mark Herras admitted that he is “anti-palo” when it comes to disciplining his 3-year-old daughter Sophia.
He confessed, “Ayokong mamalo ng bata, especially sa anak ko.” He also explained that when Sophia throws tantrums, he just lets her be until she calms down. He then added, “[Minsan] pinangigigilan ko na lang [keysa paluin.]”
The actor also revealed that he’s the type of dad who spoils his princess. He explained, “Honestly speaking, talagang sobra kong ini-ispoil 'yung bata. Every time na sasabihin niya, "dada, let's go out," gaganun siya. So, ibig sabihin nun may papabili siya sa baba.”
He continued, “Kahit 'di namin kakainin, basta ako, basta maibigay mo lang.”
Marian also noted that making your child happy is what matters the most. She expounded, “Priceless din kasi ang makita mo yung anak mo na nag-smile.”
