Here's what you need to know about the newest young Kapuso Brianna.
In an interview for In The Limelight, Brianna Bunagan shared some facts about her personal life and her newfound career in showbiz.
One fact that people may not know about the newbie Kapuso is her ability to speak and understand a bit of French.
She also loves listening to The Wicked Soundtrack and sang a line from the song “For Good”, which is her favorite track.
Two months ago, Brianna submitted her final requirement in college and is now officially graduating from Ateneo De Manila University with a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts.
She fell in love with music after her father Michael V. made her listen to Lea Salonga's old albums.
“I remember listening to it and I just thought to myself: 'She has such a great voice. I want to be just like her and I think that's when I fell in love with singing,” Brianna shared.
When she was 10 years old, Brianna also joined a musical theatre workshop and fell in love with the craft ever since.
Apart from music, the comedy genius's daughter loves watching movies, especially drama and romantic comedies.
She also loved to travel with her family as well as arts and crafts like water painting and crochet, which she learned at 9 years old from her lola.
Brianna also shared her dad's reminders about showbiz.
“Lagi niya pinapa-alala sa akin na magpaka-totoo, stay humble, always have something to offer, keep an open mind, and most importantly, have fun,” she shared.
Besides singing, the young Kapuso star also would have to showcase her talent in playing musical instruments like piano, guitar, and ukulele as well as dancing and acting.
Brianna expressed her admiration for Kapuso singer Julie Anne San Jose and would love to collaborate with her someday.
On a regular week, the comedy genius's daughter shared that she attends acting workshops with GMA twice a day and does her workout routine every weekend.
On a normal and free day, she also shared that she loves spending some time outside, swimming, and watching movies together with her family.
At times, Brianna also watches YouTube videos, plays musical instruments, and practices her singing.
