During their chat, the multi-awarded comedian revealed the central message that their movie wants to convey to people who are going to watch this film which was written, produced, and directed by him.

Direk Bitoy said, “Nire-represent nito yung iba't ibang members ng family at 'yung iba't-ibang nararamdaman at pinagdaanan nila.

“Feeling ko ang gustong sabihin ng pelikula is huwag kang mawawalan ng pag-asa.”

Michael V, who also works as the creative director of Bubble Gang and Pepito Manaloto, humbly admitted to Joyce Pring that doing 'Family History' is a challenging one.

He added that he was under the impression that it was going to be 'easy,' but everything changed when they were already shooting the whole movie.

Bitoy explained, “Hindi ko masasabing madali kasi na-experience ko 'yung hirap talaga ng paggawa ng pelikula. Noong hindi pa namin sinisimulan akala ko madali lang.

“I was under the impression [na] nagagawa namin sa TV [na] mabilis lang, ilang sequences natatapos namin in a day. Iba pala 'yung pelikula.”
