Kris Aquino has been the talk of the town once more following her engagement announcement to former Department of Interior and Local Government Secretary Mel Sarmiento and their romantic journey together.

On Monday, Kris posted a video montage of lovely gigantic flower arrangements she's recently received. The latter part of the video shows her hugging and exchanging sweet moments with her fiance while surrounded by stunning roses all over.

Supporting the actress in her newfound happiness is Michela Cazzola, the wife of her ex-husband, professional basketball player James Yap. Michela showed her support by throwing in three heart emojis to Kris's post.

Yap's wife's reaction was met with good responses from netizens mostly praising her for pushing a peaceful relationship with her husband's ex-wife.

The Rain or Shine player has also expressed happiness for his ex-wife's new relationship.

Since her announcement of her engagement, the actress has been very vocal about her gratitude to have found the love of her life.

On the other hand, Mel is pacing well in handling online detriments that come with his romance with one of the most famous and controversial celebrities in the country. Quashing out possibilities that their romance might fizzle out, the former Interior Secretary boldly pronounced to the public that he is “Kris Aquino's future husband.”
