Tuloy pa rin ang adbokasiya ni Michelle Dee tungkol sa mental health awareness at autism acceptance.
Labis ang pasasalamat ng Kapuso star at Miss Universe Philippines 2023 na si Michelle Dee na makasali sa engrandeng performance sa "Magpasikat 2024" sa noontime program na It's Showtime.
Noong Biyernes (October 25), isa si Michelle sa special guests ng team nina Jhong Hilario, Jackie Gonzaga, at Cianne Dominguez. Nagsilbing adbokasiya ang kanilang performance na tumatalakay sa napapanahong isyu ukol sa mental health.
Sa kanyang panayam kasama ang GMANetwork.com, memorable daw ang kanilang performance lalo na't aktibo si Michelle sa kanyang adbokasiya. Napapanahon din ang kanilang mensahe sa madlang people dahil naganap ang "Magpasikat" kasabay ang mental health awareness month.
"It was a big honor po to be part of 'Magpasikat' and especially the segment that I was in 'yung kasama sila Jhong. Kasi 'yung ina-adapt po nila is mental health awareness month. Alam n'yo naman po na that's one of my main advocacies alongside autism acceptance, kaya sobrang inspiring po to be part of that. It just tackled so many things that us as artists or anybody that you know goes through scrutiny, that goes to life pressures, iyon po 'yung tina-tackle niya, how to come out stronger," masayang sinabi ni Michelle.
Ang kanyang guesting ay isa sa mga pinangako niyang activity bilang isang aktibong advocate. "Kaya po ako nandoon is to really just be a voice and to stay true to my promise which was to use my platform to spread awareness kasi lahat po tayo, you know, maganda ang buhay. Like I said, 'Life is hard, but life will always be beautiful,'" paliwanag niya.
Maliban sa "Magpasikat," masaya rin si Michelle sa tuwing bumibista siya sa It's Showtime. Araw-araw daw puno ng saya at tawanan, at madalas ay tinatrato siya ng mga host na kasama sa kanilang pamilya.
"Lagi lang kami masaya doon, lagi lang kami nagtatawanan and it's a really nice moment kasi siyempre, like highlighting din 'yung successes kasi ng mga artist that go there. It's really just, [that] they want you to come there comfortable, they want you to feel like you're part of the family," pahayag ni Michelle.
