The former actress-turned-fitness advocate admitted on Instagram that the current situation hasn't been easy for her, especially mentally.

She explained, "I'm pretty sure a lot of people are going through waves of emotion like myself... I find myself having more negative thoughts during this time.

"It's a battle I fight with every single day and having a toddler that needs your attention all day makes it even harder."

Michelle also dished out advice for moms, who should find a quiet time for themselves.

"To all the mamas out there... I feel for you... I am here for you... if there's one thing I have learned during this quarantine is that I crave real connection.

"Social media is a good way to connect and make new friends but it can get too much at times specially when you compare yourself to others. I crave raw, real energy and good vibes! Having quiet time is essential specially during this pandemic.

"Cheers to all the badass moms out there doing their thing!!!!" she added.
