GMA Network remains the Miss Universe Philippines' official broadcast partner.
Pageant fans and aficionados need to set their calendars as the Kapuso Network is set to broadcast the Miss Universe Philippines coronation night on local television.
GMA Network is set to air the Miss Universe Philippines coronation on May 26, 2024, from 9 a.m. (9:45 for Cebu region) to 12 noon. The coronation night, which will be held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on May 22, will feature over 50 candidates competing to succeed Miss Universe Philippines 2023, Michelle Dee.
The Miss Universe Philippines 2024 candidates have been all over the country in the lead-up to the coronation night, visiting Sultan Kudarat to take part in the pageant's national costume competition as well as to enjoy the province's Halo Halo Festival.
They've also participated in the swimsuit presentation held in Boracay, with Miss Cavite Dia Maté, Miss Hawaii Patricia Bianca Tapia, Miss Iloilo City Alexie Brooks, Miss Quezon Province Ahtisa Manalo, and Miss Southern California Jet Hammond making up the top five.
This isn't the first time that the Kapuso Network has been the official broadcast partner of the Miss Universe Philippines pageant, as the Kapuso Network has been the organization's broadcast partner since 2020.
