Miss World Philippines has released the names of the candidates who will be part of the Head to Head Challenge in the pageant.
In their social media accounts, Miss World Philippines revealed that the candidates are Emmanuelle Vera and Tracy Perez.
The pageant organization also revealed that the winner of this challenge will be a semifinalist on the coronation night.

"The winner of the Head to Head Challenge fast track event will be an automatic semifinalist on the Coronation Night of the Miss World Philippines 2021."
Emmanuelle and Tracy were both part of the Top 10 finalists for Beach Beauty Competition. Emmanuelle is also named as one of the Top 10 finalists for Talent Competition and Sports Challenge.
Miss World Philippines 2021 coronation was postponed according to the pageant organization's August 2 post due to the stricter COVID-19 quarantine protocols.
