Excitement for the Miss World pageant and Miss World Philippines Tracy Maureen Perez's participation in the pageant is starting to build as the competition draws near. Just a few hours ago, Tracy's website went live, signaling the start of her Miss World journey as the pageant bounces back from its postponement.

Tracy announced the launch of her website on her Instagram account, accompanying the post with five photos of her wearing the Miss World Philippines crown. In the caption, Tracy revealed that she was very involved with setting up the website and making its content.

“Have been on this for quite a while now -- in between work schedules, personally making the content, the editing, the writing, tweaking the backend, figuring out the ins and outs of creating my own website through the platform given, I'm ecstatic that I get this opportunity to share with all of you my perspective of things and that it helped light up my passion for writing once again!” she wrote.

Tracy had already teased the website launch in a post from last week, where she asked her Instagram followers to relive her Miss World Philippines experience with her. The beauty queen also shared her thoughts on what happiness is in the caption to the post.

“I've come to realize that happiness is and will always be a choice. Today, I choose to be happy no matter the opinion of others, I choose to keep moving forward no matter the setbacks, and I choose to keep believing in God's perfect timing for everything no matter the doubts,” she wrote.

These succeeding posts come after Tracy's social media hiatus, which she spent visiting friends and family as well as a theme park.

Tracy enters the Miss World pageant as one of its Top 40 contestants. The Miss World Organization emphasized her win in the pageant's head to head competition, as well as her “Beauty with a Purpose” video making it to the Top 6 alongside England, India, Kenya, South Africa, and the United States, as factors in her placement.
