Nadine Samonte expressed her gratitude as she recently took home a new accolade.
The Forever Young star was awarded the “Iconic Actress of the Year” Award at this year's Rising Filipino Awards held last November 29 in Quezon City.
Nadine graced the awarding ceremony in a dainty blush pink modern Filipiniana ensemble with bow details.
In an Instagram post, Nadine penned how thankful she is to receive the award. She also shared a photo of her with the plaque and certificate of her award.
“Ang importante meron pa din naniniwala sa'kin,” she mused.
Nadine added, “Salamat po sa The Rising Filipino [A]wards sa award na binigay niyo po sa'kin. Sobrang saya po ng puso ko.”
Nadine's friends and fellow stars also commented their praises and congratulations on her post, including Yasmien Kurdi, Sophie Albert, and Dianne Medina.
Nadine currently stars in the inspirational family drama series titled Forever Young, which airs from Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m., on GMA Afternoon Prime.
