K-pop star and Sparkle talent Nancy McDonie surprised everyone with her energy and competitiveness during her guest appearance in the hit reality game show Running Man Philippines.

The MOMOLAND member joined our seven Pinoy Runners in the hilarious and kilig-filled race called "Seoulmates," which aired last weekend.

In her exclusive virtual chat with GMANetwork.com yesterday, August 7,Nancy admitted that she was also surprised that she had this competitive side, too.

She said “I think there haven't been a lot of opportunities for me to show that side of me. I actually didn't know myself either, I didn't know that I had a competitive side.

“But while you are in the game, there's things you don't see like you're just in the game, your mind in the game. I had a lot of fun too."

Looking back on her encounter with the Running Man PH casts, Nancy noticed how passionate and athletic they are in doing their missions and games in the program.

“It was winter at that time, I think it was the beginning of this year. I think I remember being really surprised that everyone [is] so passionate and athletic!” the K-pop beauty remembered.

“Wow! I guess, there's a reason why they are the members of Running Man [Philippines], because everyone was so good at every game and so competitive. It really surprised me.”
