Your fearless girls are back.

Almost a year after making their debut, fourth-generation K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIM, comprising members Chaewon, Sakura, Yunjin, Kazuha, and Eunchae, is finally releasing their first full-length album UNFORGIVEN.

Last week, SOURCE MUSIC, the girl band's agency, confirmed the good news that LE SSERAFIM will be making their highly-anticipated comeback with the release of their first studio album UNFORGIVEN on May 1, 2023.

In the post, they said, “UNFORGIVEN showcases LE SSERAFIM's determination to pave their own path, regardless of others' judgment. We ask for FEARNOT to show their love and support for this album.”

The following day after the announcement, LE SSERAFIM dropped the promotion schedule for the said album. According to the timetable, the girl group will be dropping concept photos from April 12 to April 14, a track sampler on April 17, followed by a tracklist on April 18, a first glimpse of their new songs on April 24 as they release the highlight medley, teaser videos of the music video on April 29 and 30, and the entire album and music video on May 1.

As of this writing, the girls have already dropped two sets of concept photos - bloody rose and dewy sage. In the bloody rose theme, Chaewon, Sakura, Yunjin, Kazuha, and Eunchae were spotted with bloodstained hands and wearing broken wings.

The dewy sage, on the other hand, showed the members in their more natural state as they rock athletic outfits and pose fiercely in front of the camera.

LE SSERAFIM made their debut last May 2, 2022, and was originally a six-member group. After much controversy, the other member decided to leave and so they were five. Despite the challenges, the powerful fourth-gen K-pop girl group rose above the ranks and proved they can dominate any sphere they step on.

During the past year, LE SSERAFIM released two mini-albums FEARLESS and ANTIFRAGILE. They are best known for their songs “FEARLESS,” “ANTIFRAGILE,” and “Sour Grapes.”
