“It's just like a dream.” BLACKPINK gives an outstanding headline set at Coachella 2023.

BLACKPINK made a historic return to the highly-anticipated Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California as they became the first K-pop group to headline the event.

BLACKPINK's Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa stunned festival attendees with their outstanding performances, creative visuals, and terrific stage production during their nearly two-hour headline set on Sunday, April 18.

In one of their breaks, the South Korean quartet took time to thank their fans for unwavering support.

BLACKPINK Rosé said, “About four years ago, we were invited to perform for you, guys, here at Coachella, over there at the Sahara tent. I believe that made a mark in all of our hearts and made us remember the passion to perform for all of you, guys. I must say, this is a dream come true for us to be headlining one of the most loved festivals in the world. So, thank you so much to feel like the reason all for us Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa and I are here because of all of you, guys. Thank you all so much.”

Jennie agreed, “Just like what Rosé said, we're so, so happy to be back here. It's actually crazy how just within the four years, we made it from Sahara to the main stage. It's just like a dream and it's because of you, guys.”

The internationally known K-pop girl group covered about 14 group songs including “Pink Venom,” "Kill This Love," "How You Like That," "Boombayah," "Lovesick Girls," and “Tally.” Each member also had solo performances featuring songs from their solo released albums. Jisoo performed her solo debut, "Flower," while Jennie did "You And Me." Rosé belted "On The Ground" and Lisa showcased the unreleased explicit version of "Money.” Past headliners at Coachella included international artists such as Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Arianna Grande, Billie Eilish, Eminem, Harry Styles, Calvin Harris, Coldplay, The Weeknd, and more.
