Song Hye-kyo wins Best Actress at 59th Baeksang Awards

Song Hye-kyo and Park Eun-bin were both honored at the 59th Baeksang Awards recently.

Both actresses won major awards, with Song Hye-kyo taking home the Best Actress for Television for her role in The Glory and Park Eun-bin earning the Grand Prize for Extraordinary Attorney Woo.

Meanwhile, actress Lim Ji-yeon also took home an award for The Glory, she was named Best Supporting Actress for Television.

During Song Hye-kyo's acceptance speech, she drew laughter from the crowd when she acted out her famous role as Moon Dong-eun, telling Lim Ji-yeon who was in the audience, "I received an award, Yeon-jin. I'm very excited right now."

She continued on a more serious note, "I wanted to say that one last time. I really wanted this award. Thank you for giving it to me," and expressed her gratitude to the entire production team and cast members who worked tirelessly to make the drama a success and create the character of Moon Dong-eun together."

Park Eun-bin shed tears during her speech and said onstage, "Thank you so much, I feel like I am receiving this prize on behalf of the entire 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo' team."
