Park Jinyoung wins at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards, receives messages from GOT7 members

K-pop idol and actor Park Jinyoung had a memorable time at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards last April 28 after he scored a trophy for his performance in the movie A Christmas Carol.

The GOT7 member bagged the recognition for the Best New Actor Award in the film category.

Jinyoung took to Instagram afterwards to celebrate this new milestone in his acting career.

“잊을 수 없는 날이 될 것 같습니다. 감사합니다 (It looks like it will be an unforgettable day. thank you)"

Meanwhile, fellow GOT7 members BamBam and Yugyeom reacted to his Instagram post and congratulated him by posting several clapping emojis.

Back in February, the K-pop singer visited the Philippines for his much-awaited fan concert held at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.

Jinyoung also acted in several K-drama series already including Dream High 2 (2012) and The Merciless Judge (2021), which was shown on GTV.
