
Reigning Miss Universe Philippines Michelle Dee is raising the hopes of local pageant fans as she shared that she has been hands-on when it comes to her pageant preparations.
In a report aired on Unang Balita, Michelle expressed her excitement about the Miss Universe coronation night that is set to air on November 18 from Ecuador. She also shared that she and the Miss Universe Philippines team are polishing her performance for the pageant.
“Sabihin nating perfect na, mas kaya pang i-perfect. Obviously, I have so much trust in my team, I have much trust in the organization,” she said. “We all know I love giving a show and I love looking the part as well, so abangan niyo talaga.”

While Michelle's pageant preparations have not been made open to the public, she has been very open in supporting the advocacies that are close to her heart. Last month, Michelle met with officers of the Autism Society Philippines, “a national non-profit dedicated to the well-being of Filipinos who live on autism spectrum and those who care for them.” In the caption to the post, Michelle promised that there are a lot of amazing things in store for the Autism Society of the Philippines. She also shared her happiness at playing a role in making the country a more “Autism Accepting and Inclusive Nation.”
Michelle also met with the Autism Society Philippines last month, with the meeting held at Pancake House, Magallanes, which employs people on the autism spectrum as part of the Autism Works Campaign of the Autism Society of the Philippines.
During the Miss Universe Philippines pageant, Michelle shared a video of her and the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 candidates taking part in an autism awareness seminar.
