Filipina actress Liza Soberano takes the spotlight as the cover of Mega magazine's issue for August 2023.

On Instagram, Mega released some of her stunning snaps from her glam shoot featuring her beautiful visuals.

In the photos, Liza can be seen wearing Gucci's modern versions of iconic ensembles.

“Taking risks often leads to unexpected opportunities that shape not only our relationships, careers, and fashion choices but also every aspect of our lives.

"For this month's issue of MEGA, we delve into the fearless moves of fashion designers dominating the scene abroad, the comeback of retrospective styles, the world of families who turn their creative passions into businesses, and more.

"MEGA's cover features @lizasoberano, who opens up about taking her own set of risks as she returns to entertainment and what it means to take the reins of her career," Mega wrote in their caption.

Based on Mega's article, Liza shared how she felt after people judged her easily for leaving her former network to pursue her international career.

"For a time, it was very disheartening because I really, truly, felt misunderstood by every single person.

“For a time, the walls were definitely up. People wanted to interview me, but I didn't want to speak. I felt like there was no point in defending myself because they were not going to understand me anyway or they were going to choose to believe in what they wanted to believe. But I think I made the conscious decision--probably like two or three months ago, after I was able to fully process the situation--to just be my authentic self at all times," she explained.

Despite being repeatedly bashed online, Liza still chose to remain on her track and be grateful for all the blessings she received in her life.

"When I look back at everything that I've done, I'm happy. I feel blessed. I'm grateful for everything and for the lessons that I learned, and at the same time, I can't help but feel that I could have done more," she said.
