Michael V hints at a possible collaboration with Vice Ganda

Are Kapuso and Kapamilya viewers about to see a historic collaborative project? That seems to be what Pepito Manaloto star Michael V is teasing in a post on his Instagram account.

In the post, Michael posted a photo showing the two instances that he and It's Showtime host Vice Ganda met each other. In the caption to the post, Michael shared that there's only been one thing in his mind whenever the two of them meet: “possibilities”.

He then asked his followers what could possibly happen in a time when it would appear that collaboration is now “pwede na”.

Fellow celebrities were in the comments cheering on the possible collaboration, with some of them being Ogie Alcasid, Jerald Napoles, and Jugs Jugueta. Meanwhile, comments from Michael's Instagram followers suggested a Vice Ganda appearance on Bubble Gang or a film entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival.

Michael V and Vice Ganda's most recent meeting came about a couple of days ago when Michael, along with Pepito Manaloto co-star Manilyn Reynes, reunited with Ogie Alcasid on It's Showtime.

Aside from performing with Ogie, Michael and Manilyn also shared memories of their time with Ogie over their decades-long career.

Ogie and Michael V. also treated the madlang pipol with a short performance of the Yaya and Angelina characters made famous by Bubble Gang.

Michael and Vice Ganda also encountered each other during the GMA Gala 2023, with Vice posting about the meeting on Instagram through an Instagram story that featured Michael V. and Anne Curtis.

Aside from Michael V, It's Showtime hosts Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, and Jhong Hilario also connected with a number of Kapuso stars during the GMA Gala 2023, with Vhong even alluding to the after party and their new “Gen Z” friends.
