EXCLUSIVE: PENTAGON's KINO plans for a solo world tour, PH concert

PENTAGON member and multi-talented artist KINO has plans to embark on a world tour in 2024 as he ventures on a solo career with his own music label, NAKED.

KINO established this one-man agency after deciding not to renew his contract with Cube Entertainment last October.

In an email interview with GMANetwork.com, KINO shares what he plans on doing this year as a solo artist.

"First of all, releasing good music and meeting fans all over the world that I dearly miss," he said. "Tour, music festivals, events, etc. If any promoters are reading this, just let us know haha! I hope to introduce my music to a broader audience in 2024 and be a part of their lives."

KINO is kicking off the new year with the release of his first single with NAKED, "Fashion Style," which is set to drop today, January 8, at 6:00 p.m. KST.

According to the K-pop idol, with "Fashion Style," listeners can expect "feel-good music in the closest form of KINO's style."

Following this release, KINO is preparing for his first live event in Korea, "Born Naked," which will take place on his birthday, January 27.

In the interview, KINO also expressed his desire to bring this show to the rest of the world as he plans for a world tour.

"Yes, definitely! We are currently in [talks] with partners to find [the] best way to bring the show to you in the Philippines and the rest of the world."

He also shared that he would like to visit the Philippines and perform for his Filipino fans.

"Most definitely, I love the Philippines! I am waiting [for] the day to meet you guys face to face, hopefully soon!"

KINO (real name, Kang Hyung-gu) is known as a member of K-pop boy band PENTAGON, which debuted in 2016 under Cube Entertainment.
