It’s no news that Eat Bulaga’s Vic Sotto and Jose Manalo are two of today’s funniest men on television. The two, however, did not begin their careers in show business as comedians.
Vic Sotto was a folk singer and guitarist before he joined his brothers in a gag show. Alongside Tito and Val, he earned the affection of the masses one joke at a time. He also had a musical career as the vocalist of VST & Company.
Borne to a family of entertainers, Vic or ‘Bossing’ as he is fondly called, is one of the most respected comedians of today. Aside from making people laugh, he is also a film producer.
Jose Manalo, on the other hand, started his career behind the camera. He first played supporting characters, then worked his way up as a production assistant, before he earned a seat as one of the hosts of Eat Bulaga.
Today, aside from leading the Sugod Bahay Gang in Eat Bulaga, he is also one of the Gangnamamamams of the all-original Filipino game show Celebrity Bluff.

The co-hosts and good friends are both vying for the Male TV Host of the Year award. Show support to the two hilarious men of Eat Bulaga by voting for them at the Yahoo! Celebrity Awards 2014.
