Miguel Tanfelix is enjoying his time in South Korea while shooting for the Running Man Philippines season two.

Despite the big opportunity to participate in this big project between his home network GMA-7 and SBS Korea, Miguel admitted in his interview on Updated with Nelson Canlas podcast that he misses his on-screen partner Ysabel Ortega.

“Sure 'yan, Kuya Nelson, 43 days nandito. So, matagal talaga 'yun, marami talaga ako mami-miss actually. Kaya dinala ko tong laptop na ito para lagi kami magvi-video call ni Ysabel ganiyan.” Miguel said.

The 25-year-old actor added that he also looks forward to feeling the warm weather of the Philippines soon.

He said, “Unang-una family ko. Pero nag-uusap naman kami ni Mommy nagpapadala siya ng pictures minsan. Nami-miss ko rin 'yung weather ng Pinas. Kahit malamig dito , of course, first-time ko makakita ng snow. Sobrang, saya nun, pero iba pa rin 'yung nakasanayan kong weather na medyo mainit.

“Lalabas ako, kailangan naka T-shirt. Dito, Sir Nelson paglalabas ka kailangan meron mga apat na layers ng damit ang suot mo. Nami-miss ko rin ang mga aso namin sa bahay, mga chihuahua namin sa bahay.”

Miguel also shared that being part of Running Man Philippines allowed him to be reunited with former colleagues like Mikael Daez, whom he worked with in the sitcom Ismol Family; and his childhood friend, Kokoy de Santos.

“Masaya ako, of course, kasama ko sila dahil 'yung ibang mga Runners is matagal ko ng kilala. Like, Kap Mikael Daez, Kokoy. Magkababata kami ni Kokoy.

“Excited ako na makalaro sila and, of course, curious din ako. Curious din ako na makilala 'yung iba pa lalo, curious ako kung paano sila maglaro. Kung paano sila as a person. So, ngayon lagi kami lumalabas. Lagi kami nagla-lunch, nagdi-dinner. So, konti-konti naman namin nakilala 'yung isa't isa.”
