Kristel Fulgar receives recognition at the 2023 Seoulcon APAN Star Awards

Kristel Fulgar is not only well-known in the Philippines. She is also quite popular in Korea.

On December 30, 2023, Kristel was invited to attend the 2023 Seoulcon APAN Star Awards.

When she attended the event, the actress turned Pinay vlogger was one of the celebrities who received an award.

The prestigious program recognized Kristel as the Global Creator of the Year.

In GMANetwork.com's exclusive interview with Kristel, she shared how happy she was with the award she received.

She said, "It's such an honor to be part of the APAN Star Awards and to be recognized as one of their global ambassadors alongside very talented and renowned content creators..."

Afterward, she described it as a dream that she never expected to happen in her life.

She shared, “Being named 'Global Creator of the Year' by a prestigious Korean award show was such an honor. It's one of those moments that you just dream about but never really expect to happen. The fact that it did just makes me so happy and fulfilled.”

Following that, Kristel said that this is a huge achievement for her as a Filipino.

She shared, “For me, this award is a huge milestone. It's not just about the recognition for my work; it is me representing the Philippines. More than anything, this award from Korea - a place that has hugely influenced my content and where I've found so much inspiration - holds a special place in my heart.”

According to Kristel, the new symbol of success she received serves as a positive reminder to continue to fulfill her dreams.

"It's a reminder of how far I've come in my career and personal growth. I'm very thankful to have received the award, as it encourages me to dream even bigger and continue sharing my passion with the world,” she said.
