
Voltes V Legacy stars Matt Lozano and Raphael Landicho attended the the ToyCon Evolution launch event at the Parqal Mall in Parañaque over the weekend.
A giant inflatable of the Voltes V robot was displayed in the event where Matt and Raphael met other pop culture enthusiasts.
The two actors also welcomed a One Punch Man cosplayer on stage who sang "Chichi Wo Motomete," the ending theme song of the iconic Voltes V anime for them.
Matt joined the cosplayer for an impromptu duet which delighted may con attendees.
Originally sang by Ichiro Mizuki, Matt re-recorded "Chichi Wo Motomete" for Voltes V: Legacy and serves as the series ending theme song as well.
Recording artist Abby Clutario also released a cover of the song which she rearranged to be played on a Chapman Stick.
Matt and Raphael are two of the lead stars of the megaseries Voltes V: Legacy which is having a rerun on GMA Afternoon Prime.
Matt plays Big Bert Armstrong while Raphael plays Little Jon Armstrong, two of the pilots of the Voltes V robot.
