
Filipino fans celebrated another proud moment when Filipino-American rapper EZ Mil surprised netizens with a collaboration alongside the internationally known rapper, Eminem.
On July 12, the American star released his latest album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce), which included the track "Head Honch" that featured EZ Mil. Listeners were taken aback, especially when the Fil-Am artist proudly rapped in Filipino. Many praised the duo for their impressive teamwork and cool vibe in the song.
As of writing, the music video has garnered over 2.6 million views and 150,000 likes on YouTube, reaching the third position in music trends.
Apart from "Head Honcho," EZ Mil also made a notable appearance in Eminem's music video for "Houdini," which was released on June 12. He was spotted with other rappers, inside a comic-styled frame, projecting his swag aura.
Fans also couldn't forget their first collaboration in EZ Mil's song "Realest" last year. The duo amazed listeners with their rapid-fire rap performance, earning praises like the most swag and power team up. Its official lyric video has accumulated 6.1 million views and 120,000 likes on YouTube.
EZ Mil also made history as the first Fil-Am rapper signed to Eminem's label, Shady Records/Aftermath Entertainment/Interscope Records.
In July 2023, Ez Mil announced this milestone in his Instagram photo with the two rap icons, Eminem and Dr. Dre. Fans, showered the post with congratulatory messages, proud for Ez Mil's achievement.
