After K-La Rivera admitted that she's focused on her future instead of her recent break up with Kapuso heartthrob, Tom Rodriguez, she gave some words of encouragement to those who are in distress because of love.

K-La admitted that she’s stronger than ever. She advised that it’s best to look into the future after all the pain a person felt. She said, “I think it will be just to focus on what you have and not what you lost or what you don't have anymore. Kasi parang life is too short and for you to dwell on one thing.”

K-La who's just in her early 20s, said she’s now free to spend more time with family and friends.

She divulged, “Especially sobrang bata pa ako, and then I guess there are also other people who are also younger, kahit 'di young, older as well. Just focus on sa mga tao na nasa buhay natin. Nandoon sila parati para sa 'yo. Just focus sa kanila. Kasi I mean life is too short to waste time. Just moping around minsan.”
