Rocco Nacino, Song Joong Ki

'Descendants of the Sun' actors Rocco Nacino and Song Joong Ki finally meet!

Kapuso Actor Rocco Nacino met Korean actor Song Joong Ki at the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) in South Korea.

On Instagram, Rocco posted a photo with Joong Ki, saying that he met with “the Big Boss himself” on the first day of the festival.

Both actors starred in the action-romance drama series Descendants of the Sun, with Joong Ki as Yoo Si-jin or the Big Boss in the original Korean drama, and Rocco as Diego Ramos or Wolf in the Philippine adaptation.

Rocco wrote in the caption that he showed the Korean actor character posters of him and his co-stars Dingdong Dantes, Jenylyn Mercado, and Jasmine Curtis-Smith from the series.

“Pinakita ko rin ang posters namin ni @dongdantes @mercadojenny @jascurtissmith at natuwa siya, which led to a long 5 minute chat about DOTS and the PH,” Rocco wrote.

The Kapuso actor revealed that Joong Ki even requested for Rocco to invite him to the Philippines, to which the actor wondered how he would do it.

In the end, Rocco said of Joong Ki, “I'd have to say, he is the most warm and accommodating actor of all the actors I talked with. Kind person. Deserve niya blessings niya.”
