Yancy De Vega

Teen beauty queen-actress Yancy De Vega is aiming to use her platform to create positive influence among the youth.

At a young age, Yancy De Vega is already making her mark in the entertainment industry with an impressive combination of talent, dedication, and social consciousness.

As a budding performer and actress, she is stepping into the spotlight in a big way. This February, Yancy will join the Ppop group CLOUD 7 and their fellow GMA Sparkle artists for a one-of-a-kind charity concert, Nasa Cloud 7 Ako, on February 28, 2025, at Music Museum, Greenhills in San Juan City. The event promises to be an electrifying celebration of music, while supporting a meaningful cause.

But Yancy's ambitions go far beyond the stage. In addition to her musical career, she is taking on a significant and supporting role in the upcoming advocacy film Ako Si Kindness, directed by the award-winning Crisaldo V. Pablo. This marks a pivotal moment in her acting career, signaling her commitment to using her platform for social impact. The film, a five-episode teen drama series, explores the transformative power of kindness and resilience, encouraging young people to make compassion their guiding principle.

Presented by The LoveLife Project in collaboration with BEST Magazine, RDH Entertainment, and YEAHA Channel, Ako Si Kindness will premiere at the Persons with Digitabilities Film Festival in July, followed by screenings across national television, social media, and campuses. With the National Council for Children's Television (NCCT) supporting the series, it aims to spark powerful conversations about kindness, community, and collaboration, all under the leadership of kindness advocate Richard Hiñola.

For Yancy, it's not just about building a career--it's about making a difference. As a young star navigating the entertainment industry, she is using her voice and her craft to amplify messages of compassion, highlighting her belief in the power of empathy and positive change.

From the world of beauty pageants to the hearts of young women everywhere, Yancy De Vega is a name that commands attention. Crowned Ms. Teen Pan Continental International 2023 and Queen Glamorous 2023 in Vietnam, and most recently, Ms. Teen Glam International 2024 in Manila, Yancy has proven that age is no barrier to achieving greatness. But beneath the sparkle of her crowns lies a deeper story--one of dreams, ambition, and self-confidence. A proud native of Quezon City, Yancy's journey began as a young girl with a dream to make a difference.

“I've always wanted to see the world,” she shares with a bright smile. “To travel, to experience different cultures, and to bring my family along with me. My dream is to visit places like Japan and Switzerland, and explore the beauty each country has to offer.” Her aspirations extend beyond tourism--she wants to unite people through shared experiences, and believes that a career in tourism will help her do just that.
