Jennylyn Mercado, willing to team-up with ex-boyfriend Dennis Trillo?

They are now following each other on Instagram and have just finished recording a duet. Will Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo have an on-screen reunion soon?
 
The two hit it off on the set of Sine Novela Presents: Gumapang Ka Sa Lusak in 2010 and became a couple while doing the teleserye. They broke up in 2011.
 
Last July, it was rumored that Jennylyn and Dennis were spotted together in Oakwood condominium at the height of Typhoon Glenda, but the two vehemently denied the issue. 
 
One of the song’s from Jennylyn’s latest album, “Never Alone” is a duet with Dennis Trillo. They gave their own rendition of the song, “After All."
 
Did they record the song together?
 
“Ako muna. Tuesday ako nag-record, tapos ni-record ko siya nang ako lang. Tapos ni-record ni Dennis ng Thursday, pero pinapunta ako for revision. Nag-abot kami pero sobrang maigsi lang,” she told GMANetwork.com during the blog conference for her album.
 
In her intervierw with 24 Oras, Jennylyn said, “After noong recording, kumain lang naman sa labas. ‘Yun lang. Nagkataon lang naman na ganoon lang.”
 
“Siguro naman it’s about time na kalimutan na natin lahat ng mga nangyari, lahat ng problema. Let’s all be positive and ‘di ba, maging magkaibigan,” she added.
 
The Kapuso actress-singer also stated that she is willing to team-up with Dennis Trillo in her future projects.
 
She even suggested, “Puwede nilang gamitin ‘yan (her “After All” duet with Dennis) sa mga future movie, TV series namin or whatever.”
 
Jennylyn’s “Never Alone” album is now available in record stores nationwide. She will also be starring in the upcoming GMA series, Second Chances.
