French-American actor Timothée Chalamet just added a historic achievement to his name!
Timothée earned his first-ever SAG Award for Best Actor for his role as Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown, making him the youngest male actor to win the prestigious award at 29.
Before Timothée's historic win, the record belonged to Nicolas Cage, who, at age 32, claimed the Best Actor title in 1995 for his role in Leaving Las Vegas.
During his acceptance speech, the acclaimed actor said, "This was five and a half years of my life. I poured everything I had into playing this incomparable artist, Mr. Bob Dylan, a true American hero, and it was the honor of a lifetime playing him."
"So I'm deeply grateful. This doesn't signify that, but it's a little more fuel. It's a little more ammo to keep going. Thank you so much," he added.
